Delivery or Self Pick-up
1) Delivery
General products (including cameras, lenses, camcorders, printers, accessories and copier paper):
Delivery# is made within 2 working days^ after receiving shipment confirmation email*. Available from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and Public Holidays).
Delivery service covers residential and commercial addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Lantau Island (only limited to Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok). Delivery service is not available to Discovery Bay, Hong Kong International Airport, Penny's Bay, other outlying islands, Lok Ma Chau and any restricted areas, anywhere not directly accessible by trucks or located on or above third floor out of reach by lift or elevator.
Consumables (including ink cartridges, toner cartridges and photo papers):
Not applicable to orders containing copier paper or products other than specific consumables.
Not applicable to some districts.

2) Canon Image Square or Canon Customer Care Center Self Pick-up
Please pick up your purchased good(s) 2 working days (applicable to Hong Kong) or 7 working days (applicable to Macau) after receiving shipment confirmation email at designated location during opening hours.
3) Convenience Store Self Pick-up
(Not applicable to orders with PIXMA, imageCLASS printers and products with large dimensions)
SMS notification / Pickup Code will be sent within 2-4 working days after receiving shipment confirmation email, please pick up your purchased good(s) within 24 hours after receiving SMS confirmation at designated Convenience Store. If Store storage is full, SMS notification / Pickup Code and pick up time may be delayed.
1. If the recipient has already registered with the SFHK APP, the delivery notification and Pickup Code will be sent to the recipient via push notification on the SFHK APP, and no SMS will be sent to the recipient.
2. If the recipient has not registered with the SFHK APP, the delivery notification and Pickup Code will be sent to the recipient via SMS.
4) Locker Self Pick-up
(Not applicable to orders with PIXMA, imageCLASS printers and products with large dimensions)
SMS notification will be sent within 2-4 working days after receiving shipment confirmation email, please pick up your purchased good(s) within 24 hours after receiving SMS confirmation at designated Locker. If Locker storage is full, SMS notification and pick up time may be delayed.
4) SF Store Self Pick-up
(Not applicable to orders with PIXMA, imageCLASS printers and products with large dimensions)
SMS notification / Pickup Code will be sent within 2-4 working days after receiving shipment confirmation email, please pick up your purchased good(s) within 48 hours after receiving SMS confirmation / Pickup Code at designated SF Store.
1. If the recipient has already registered with the SFHK APP, the delivery notification and Pickup Code will be sent to the recipient via push notification on the SFHK APP, and no SMS will be sent to the recipient.
2. If the recipient has not registered with the SFHK APP, the delivery notification and Pickup Code will be sent to the recipient via SMS.
5) SF Locker Self Pick-up
(Not applicable to orders with PIXMA, imageCLASS printers and products with large dimensions)
SMS notification / Pickup Code will be sent within 2-4 working days after receiving shipment confirmation email, please pick up your purchased good(s) within 24 hours after receiving SMS confirmation / Pickup Code at designated SF Locker.
