Select Products
- Log in on the top right side if you are a Club Canon member.
- Click 'Add to cart' after picking your favourites.
Check & Complete Order Info
- To can see all your added item(s) by clicking 'Cart'.
- If you have an coupon code key in the coupon code and click 'Apply Discount'.
- Proceed to checkout
- Login to Club Canon if you are a member
- If you want to register as a Club Canon member, click 'Create an account', and the system will redirect you to Club Canon website for the registration.
Choose your delivery method
- If you choose S.F. Store pick up, please confirm that you can pick up your goods at the chosen S.F. Express store within 3 days after arrival of order. You MUST present ID and the SMS confirmation to the authorized service point representative for shipment pickup.
- If you choose 'Delivery to the billing address', the customer name should be the same as shown on your Hong Kong/Macau identity card or passport. Our delivery executive will contact you through the telephone number on your bill for delivery arrangement.
Payment
- Hong Kong customers: the system will automatically redirect you to PayPal website. You can choose to 'Pay with a Card‘ (credit card payment), or login to your PayPal account (pay with your PayPal wallet)
- Macau customers: please follow instructions on display and email and complete payment within specific time
Complete
- System will automatically redirect back to Canon online store upon successful payment.
- Your order number will be shown on the screen once the payment is made.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
