您提供個人資料是基於獨立和自願的原則。您有權拒絕向佳能提供任何個人資料。但是，如果您不能根據要求提供個人資料，或提供不完整、不正確或具有誤導性的個人資料，您可能無法使用 ”Whatsapp打印耗材訂購服務”。 佳能將根據個人資料(私隱)條例(第 486 章)及佳能不時更新的私隱政策處理您提供的個人資料。有關佳能的最新私隱政策，請參閱: https://hk.canon/zh_HK/consumer/web/privacy-policy。您明白及同意：佳能就服務進程中收集、使用、儲存、轉移及/或處理其個人資料，用於與服務相關的目的，及/或跟進您就服務相關的請求; 及任何提供予佳能的個人資料可能會被轉移到香港境外及/或位於香港境外的佳能關聯公司或第三方服務供應商包括但不限於雲端伺服器供應商 。當您繼續對話/使用服務，即表示您已閱讀、明白及同意本條款及細則。

佳能提供的任何產品和/或服務以簽署書面協議及其中的條款爲準。

Terms & Conditions:

Personal data provided by you is on a voluntary and independent basis. You have the right to refuse providing any personal data to Canon. However,’ Whatsapp order consumable Hotline’ may not be available to you if such personal data is not supplied, incomplete, incorrect or misleading. Canon will handle any personal data provided by you in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and Canon’s privacy policy amended from time to time. For Canon’s latest privacy policy, please refer to https://hk.canon/en/consumer/web/privacy-policy. You acknowledge and agree: the collection, use, storage, transfer and/or processing of personal data by Canon during the course of the Service for the purpose related to the Service and/or following up with your requests related to the Service; and any personal data provided to Canon may be transferred outside Hong Kong and/or to Canon’s affiliates or third-party service providers including but not limited to cloud server providers situated outside Hong Kong. Upon proceeding with the conversation / use of Service, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The provision of any products and/or services by Canon shall be subject to execution of written agreement in accordance with the terms therein.
