Free pickup at Canon Image Square with any purchase.  Enjoy free delivery to a designated Hong Kong address on orders of HK$400 or above.

Delivery or Self Pick-up

1) Delivery

General products (including cameras, lenses, camcorders, printers, accessories and copier paper):

Delivery# is made within 2 working days^ after receiving shipment confirmation email*. Available from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and Public Holidays).

Delivery service covers residential and commercial addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Lantau Island (only limited to Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok). Delivery service is not available to Discovery Bay, Hong Kong International Airport, Penny's Bay, other outlying islands, Lok Ma Chau and any restricted areas, anywhere not directly accessible by trucks or located on or above third floor out of reach by lift or elevator.

2) Canon Image Square Self Pick-up

Please pick up your purchased good(s) 2 working days after receiving shipment confirmation email at designated location during opening hours.
